The MOST popular Polish carol is "Dzisiaj W Betlejem", "Today in Bethlehem". I daresay EVERY Polish-American knows THIS one! It's a rousing melody, most reminiscent of "Joy to the World". It even has the "Let heaven and nature sing" part that says "Angels are playing, Kings are adoring, shepherds are singing, Cattle are kneeling".
