This is the "Champs Elysee" of Warsaw.
This used to be the only subway in the city. See the stairways?
(Polish Subway) You walk in one end, you go UNDER the traffic circle, and you walk out the other side!
The tour began in Warsaw, the capital. My mother,
my brother, and I took a packaged tour. This worked out very well
because it included all the places we had heard of, and many interesting
ones that we would have never found on our own. It was never actually
necessary to stay with the tour, except during traveling. In each city
we were free to do as we pleased.
