My Grandparents

   My Father's parents were both born in eastern Poland, and came to the United states just after the turn of the century. They were married in Brooklyn New York, in 1913. They settled in Meriden, Connecticut, where they lived the rest of their lives. My grandparents had five children: Boleslaw (Benny), Edward (My Dad), Julian, John, and Genevieve (Ginka).

   My Mother's Mother was born near Warsaw, Poland. Her Father came from the area west of there, which was probably actually part of Germany at the time. They both came to the United states just after the turn of the century. They were married in Meriden, Connecticut, in 1913, where they lived the rest of their lives. My grandparents had five children: Alex, Edward, Helen (My Mom), Jeannette, and Irene.
