This shot, of the Southern Poland countryside,
was taken from a raft in the middle or the Dunajec River.
The river runs through the Beskidy Mountains.
There is little or no "white water", so the trip is quite pleasant.
Our "Gondoliers" anchored us in a cove in a gorge,
and sang folk songs to us, like "Pytala sie Pani" and "Goralu czy ci nie Zal".
That was a real "tear-jerker"!!
If you go to Southern Poland, find out if they still do that raft trip. Take it! You'll be glad you did!
