If you write to me and I don't answer.......
Perhaps it's because something went wrong!

I make EVERY effort to answer, or at least acknowledge ALL of my E-mail. If I don't know the answer to your question, I'll at least hit "Reply to" and say "I dunno", and perhaps send you to someone who might know the answer. Finally, if someone writes and says something nice, I always thank them. In other words, if you write to me, I WILL answer....UNLESS......However, this is "Murphy's" world, and sometimes things go wrong. It is very disconcerting to me when someone's reply address doesn't work, and this happens more often than you might imagine. Even ONE TIME is one time too many, for me! So, if you don't get an answer from me within a reasonable amount of time, please check and see if your name is in the "Dead letter office" at the bottom of my home page, then please check your "Reply to" address. Send a mail to yourself to test it, if you need to. And PLEASE E-mail me AGAIN! If I have reason to believe your email address is misspelled, I WILL make an effort to try different variations of your address, and get an answer to you. Once again, if you don't hear from me, write again; and send a friend's E-mail address if you have to! And IF, after ALL of this effort, you STILL don't hear from me, it could be possible that I never received YOUR email in the first place. The system is not yet PERFECT! Do not despair, please write AGAIN. |
